Which plan is right for you
You pay for both per location and can add as many people as you like. The difference is what I keep an eye on for you.
When you mainly need a rota your team actually sees.
Right for you if
- You send the rota as a photo to a group chat and then answer “when am I on?”.
- You don’t need attendance, or you already track it elsewhere.
- You agree leave with people in person.
- Your team is fairly stable and shifts don’t change much.
Go for Normal if
- You copy hours for payroll from paper or a spreadsheet.
- You want to know who actually came in and when they left.
When you also want attendance, leave and payroll hours under control.
Right for you if
- You have casual and part-time staff and add up hours at the end of the month.
- You want to see the plan next to what actually happened, with a wage estimate.
- You want leave requests in one place, with approvals.
- You run opening, closing and handover from a checklist.
Basic is enough if
- Attendance is handled elsewhere and leave rarely comes up.

Who is Smeiva not worth it for?
For small teams, tools that charge per user can work out cheaper. Smeiva pays off where more people and part-timers rotate through shifts.
