What your team will ask
I don’t want to be tracked. Can my boss see where I am?
No, nobody follows you around. Your location is sent only when you tap clock-in or clock-out yourself, and it is saved with that record. If you change your mind, you cancel location sharing with a button right in Telegram.
Do I have to install another app?
No, Telegram is enough. You tap your manager’s invitation once to link it to the Smeiva bot, and you create no new password.
Can Smeiva see my private Telegram messages?
No. Smeiva is a separate chat with a bot. It sees only what you write to it or tap. Your other conversations stay yours.
What if I miss a shift message?
You can find your shifts any time in the bot menu under My shifts, a week or a month ahead. If a shift changes or is cancelled, you get a new message.
Can I swap a shift with someone?
You release the shift in Telegram and a colleague with the same role asks to take it. Your manager approves the handover.
