From the rota to a worked shift
You plan, Smeiva gets in touch with the team. Here is what it looks like, from signing up to your first confirmed Saturday.
Set up your location, roles and people
The setup guide walks you through the address, opening hours and roles like barista, floor or kitchen. One person can have several roles and work at several locations.
Invite your team to Telegram
Everyone gets an email invitation and connects to the Smeiva bot. From then on their shifts arrive in Telegram, in Czech or English.
More on thisBuild the rota from a template
Set up your weekly template once: how many people you need in which role. Smeiva drafts the rota and warns you about gaps, approved leave and shifts outside opening hours.
Publish it and the team confirms
Everyone gets their own shifts personally. One tap to confirm, or to say they can’t make it. You see exactly who you’re still waiting for.
Cover: someone releases a shift, you approve who takes it
Anyone who can’t make it releases the shift in Telegram. Smeiva offers it to people with the same role and you simply approve who takes it.
Attendance, leave and checklists
On the Normal plan your team clocks in and out in Telegram, requests leave and gets opening and closing checklists. A report shows planned hours next to actual ones.
The setup guide walks you through it. Or we do it with you.
Your first month is free and we don’t ask for a card. Add as many people as you like.
